I have it in my head I need a tactical lever gun. I don't know why, but the idea tickles my imagination. The Henry already has the threaded barrel and the pistol grip. I'd add a skeleton butt stock and mlock fore end. I'd most likely go with a 357, and possibly a S & W 627 or 327 as a matching side arm.

Who made your 92? I am looking at the Rossi, and if it is a Rossi do they need the custom work, or is it a next level thing?

It's a Winchester. Made in 1921. Dad was a gunsmith and built it from parts.

Thanks. It brings back lots of memories when I take it out. I do recommend the caliber, cheap to shoot (if you reload) and very accurate.
