WASHINGTON — A divided Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed the Biden administration to enforce regulations aimed at clamping down on so-called ghost guns — firearm-making kits available online that people can assemble at home.
The court in a brief order put on hold a July 5 ruling by a federal judge in Texas that blocked the regulations nationwide.
The vote was 5-4, with conservatives Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett joining the three liberal justices in the majority.
If Roberts and Barrett were actual conservatives, the vote would have been 3-6 in favor and would have failed.
People will always find a way when they decide it is what they want to do.
That applies to both the turncoats and to those wanting unregistered guns.
It sounds like they are trying to save time by sustaining this and that there is a separate litigation which will cover the constitutionality of broader legislation.

If there's a separate litigation, continuing the hold would have no effect on it, and would allow Americans to exercize their rights according to the constitution while it all plays out.
