Just buy a Flare Pistol. 12 gauge size. Use a short 12 ga round (they are about 1-1/2" long) loaded with buckshot. Use ear and eye protection, aim at center of mass or better, wait until the (((target))) closes with you and discharge directly into the chest or abdominal cavity.
