looks to be under the medium effort category, however just because you can purchase the firearm and technically own it, doesn't mean it's worth it. I'm sure each firearm has a range of clearance paperwork, licensing, storage laws, ammo restrictions, case laws, etc. Think NJ style gun laws, where your wife holding your gun is a felony because NJ doesn't recognize marital rights for firearms. Ironically, if wife goes and runs a 20,000 bill on the credit card, all of a sudden NJ recognizes marital rights for debt obligations
