A buddy showed me the Hi-Point C9 he just bought and I'm...baffled. Who is the target market for this?
Clunky safety that I'd hate to use under pressure.
If you lock the slide back on an empty mag, joke's on you, you cant release the slide without dropping the mag (why???).
Ergonomics are unimpressive.
Aesthetics are 0/10.
I completely understand form over function handguns (most revolvers), and function over form (Glocks, SA's "totally not a Glock wink wink" XD9, etc), but Hi-Points are neither aesthetic nor functional. Why do people buy these?
