They make super heavy 158gr 9mm subsonics for suppressed submachine guns. They are pretty quiet out of my Osprey.
If you make a 10mm subsonic, you might as well use a 45.

There are some other 9mm subsonics out there too, from small makers. Down at the level of 128Gr. Mostly used for target.
