Compared to the past 50 years, there has been a recent pushback against these encroaching gun laws in the courts. I think the whole subject of govt encroachment on 2A will get reviewed and resolved. The left went too far and people are waking up to their shenanigans.

It should be mandatory to carry if you are in public. One should have to have a loisence to NOT carry and must wear class 3 plate body armor everywhere.
