He is missing an important fact. The SCOTUS has ruled that law enforcement is NOT responsible for the protection of the US. citizen. That Fact alone, insures that the Citizen IS responsible for their own Protection, which IS The 2nd Amendment. A criminal city or state claiming they Will protect a disarmed citizen, (which is also impossible), is Lying.
