I am right handed and I have found that I prefer to carry my IWB holster in the right kidney position. Appendix carry didn't feel good to me and I didn't like where the bore was pointed. The problem is that the draw seemed a little awkward from the right kidney location. Then I got the bright idea to try it with a left hand holster. This solved the problem. Am I late to the game here? Am I the last one to figure this out? Drawing from the right appendix carry with a left handed holster works very well for me. Your mileage may vary...

Dunno, I appendix carry because I always felt like I was sitting on my gun and it was harder to draw while seated with a rear holster and the gun printed more. But I'm on the skinnier side.
