Should I get a 1. Glock 2. AR 15 (w/ what accessories) 3. .308

Or is there anything else you guys recommend at a minimum.

I want to use them for shtf scenario, hunting, self defence. Offence in a zombie apocalypse type scenario.

.243 is more accurate and a better cartridge, an ar-10 platform chambered in .243 makes your other points moot.

Your accuracy argument is completely irrelevant for a new shooter. Most people just getting into shooting aren't cut out for .30 cal, boomer dad. This guy probably couldn't handle the fatigue of an AR-10.
