U.S. District Judge Joseph Goodwin ruled that no historical standard exists to demonstrate that firearms without a serial number are more dangerous or unusual than firearms with a serial number, so the law is unconstitutional.

That isn't what the Bruen decision stated. The test wasn't a test of dangerousness. It was a 1-step test. "Is it constitutional under the 2nd amendment?" AKA is it an infringement? This decision is controlled. There are bits like above in the Bruen decision that I don't like either.
