Draping a tight-fitting shirt over your open carry handgun is not concealment

The writer of that article is full of shit. The primary purpose of "concealed" carry is to legally comply with horse shit rules prohibiting open carry. Which would be the norm if not for reeeing snowflakes.

Cramming a hand cannon under a tight shirt is, legally speaking, "concealed" for the same reason putting a bikini on keeps you from being arrested for public nudity. You have complied with the rule. "Printing" is not a concern. It's a deterrent.

Liberals in a nutshell: keep making more horseshit rules and then trying to get people to comply with such a legally complex framework of contradicting laws, everyone just gives up. See NJ and Cal with their (((gun))) laws
