Well you need more info. First no idea where you are. Are you trying to diagnose this and fix it yourself or send it to someone. Was the weapon functioning for a long time and is now malfunctioning, is it new or used? What kind of ammo is he shooting. Did he clean and oil it. What kind of failure is it FTF, FTRB, FTE, Stove pipe?

We're in Texas. They want to send it (or drop it off) to someone reputable. Functioning until a few years ago and not fired since. Seemed to crop up after a full disassembly/cleaning (they should not have been trying to tackle a Model 12 disassembly). Pump motion jams before anything can occur; haven't taken it out since. Shooting primarily birdshot for clay pidgeons before this; 3/4 choke.

Your right probably just reassembled wrong. I'm in Mississippi was in Louisiana id tell you to bring it to Gretna Gun Works in New Orleans if you were closer. You might try stripping it apart and following a youtube video first though.
