Ignorant skank spitting on the memory of her father/ ancestor who fought in war. Too much of this going around. Especially amongst the descendants of confederate soldiers.

He was probably reluctant to talk about how he acquired it and what he did while over there. Seeing as how he had to kill somebody to get it and likely didn't just pick it up off a dead body he wandered across, I can understand why he wouldn't talk about his war experience with his daughter.
