The ATF is wanting to seize the records of all FFL's under a program to track straw purchases. Everything I have seen lists it as a "request". Did these agents have a warrant for this information related to a specific criminal investigation? Or is this the ATF coercing the FFL into "voluntarily" giving them access to the records? they are breaking the law by creating a

I think one of the things you agree to when getting an FFL is letting the ATF search you at anytime without a warrent. I could be wrong tho.

Yeah, that is one of the terms but they are only supposed to inspect. They are not supposed to seize or copy records without a warrant.
