Nobody knows what they will do until they are tested. Dicken was tested, and he came up solid gold. Same for that guy who rescued kids from a burning house. Most people fail under those conditions, but a small number don't fail. And they never know who they are, and nobody else knows who they are, until it happens.

Is Dicken getting railed for carrying in a no-gun zone? If not then yeah, definitely controlled.

No, Indiana has "'no guns allowed' signs have no force". As long as you aren't carrying in a federal or state prohibited place (schools, federal property etc) all the owners/employees can do is ask you to leave if they see you are carrying and if you don't leave you can be trespassed. But if you conceal carry, how would they even know?
