It is not constitutional. The problem is there are so few people that know anything about the constitution. This is no different than phone scammers. The retarded "reasons" phone scammers use to get people's bank account #'s Should let Everyone know that it is a scam! But people are so stupid that they fall for it anyway! Same here!
