Did you catch the agent commented how he got pulled over in Philly with a gun on him.
I wonder if they cited him with something, such as coming from a state that didn't have a reciprocal agreement or for carrying ammo in the same locked container as the gun.
If no citation, I wonder if that means any and all gun mentions get sent to ATF. Eg, Joe is pulled over. Tells officer he is legally carrying. Joe drives off with a ticket for speeding. Officer writes in his report that Joe didn't break any gun laws but mentions it anyway which is later flagged by an ATF data pull expedition.
That would be a shame if carrying while ticketed or unticketed became a reason to stuff your file or to come up later on your social credit score.
