find someone who is willing to assist. This requires a partner.
And once paired up, sell, or trade the same gun over and over to each other back and forth. Dozens of times. Hundreds of times. Maybe even automate it, so each pair can sell each other the same gun, thousands of times, per month, per week, or even per day.
Clog the system with bullshit. Make their registery useless. Force them to answer every single background check. Every single sales report.
Print the documents in fonts that are big enough to take up a page per line. Send as pdf to the ATF and relevant agencies.
Report them, and take them to court for failure to issue timely responses.
