To destroy the universal registery/background check system:

  1. find someone who is willing to assist. This requires a partner.

  2. And once paired up, sell, or trade the same gun over and over to each other back and forth. Dozens of times. Hundreds of times. Maybe even automate it, so each pair can sell each other the same gun, thousands of times, per month, per week, or even per day.

  3. Clog the system with bullshit. Make their registery useless. Force them to answer every single background check. Every single sales report. Print the documents in fonts that are big enough to take up a page per line. Send as pdf to the ATF and relevant agencies.

  4. Report them, and take them to court for failure to issue timely responses.

  5. enjoy watching them shut down the servers after enough people do this

  6. sue for subsequent failure to adequately maintain the service, on the ground that their negligence in maintain the system, failed to account for demand (kek), and effectively deprived you (and gun shops affected by this stunt) the ability to even DO background checks and associated requests/reporting.

Flood them motherfuckers till they surrender.

Become ungovernable.

obligatory disclaimer: obey the law and consult an attorney, naturally.

Private person to person sales generally don’t require collecting of sales tax by the seller . In some states you have to ( honor system kinda thing) and others you don’t.
