Red flag laws sounds like the ability to take away guns from anyone who disagrees with you, politically.

Red Flag laws still provide “Due Process”. And anyone who makes up stories about someone else regarding guns, better damn well have proof otherwise, they get punished. It’s in the Act, pages 33-36
