For a real answer: Anyone in a jew state like NY or CA can now apply for a concealed carry permit and absolutely fuck anyone who doesn't issue it immediately, barring felony convictions.
Permits will still exist on the commie state level. This makes it so they can't restrict permits to kikes and their buddies.
I would think that the liberal strongholds will continue to ignore the law, and create some slight variation of the existing statute to ensure the SC would need to rehear the case every single time. As such absolutely fuck all will change
they would have to prosecute you. they would have to see you pull and/or use your gun. the cop that comes to arrest you REALLY doesn't want to do that now LOL
IT does make one think though, if the SC just ruled that CC is legal without the use of a permit, and that liberals always claim federal > state, unless its something they dont agree on(refuge states), than who the fuck do you listen to now? Who has more authority, in a system where liberals pick and choose what authority is? They sure have made the entire legal system beyond confusing
