they would have to prosecute you. they would have to see you pull and/or use your gun. the cop that comes to arrest you REALLY doesn't want to do that now LOL
IT does make one think though, if the SC just ruled that CC is legal without the use of a permit, and that liberals always claim federal > state, unless its something they dont agree on(refuge states), than who the fuck do you listen to now? Who has more authority, in a system where liberals pick and choose what authority is? They sure have made the entire legal system beyond confusing

that is the trick that will eventually get you and many like you who ask that question, to give up your weapons. The answer is "god, the constitution, and myself. These three, and these three alone." If tomorrow the SC rules all carry in public is banned, I can promise you it will be straight up ignored by many many people. They have exactly the authority they have the means to enforce. Maybe not even that.
The truth is the minute you obey the commands or demands of someone who doesn't have your best interests in mind, someone who wants to coerce you, you have lost your rights.
Our rights start at the point of a weapon. There they end, and there they begin. That is how it is, how it was, and how it will be. That way, and not some other way.
Other people's "policies" or naked self-interested demands dressed up as fancy words on paper, are entirely irrelevant to anyone who is actually free.
