TLDR: No. But your state and county will be forced into "shall issue" status, where you can't be denied unless you're a felon, basically. Permits will still exist, for now.
If you don't want to have to have a permit, petition your lawmakers to follow over half of the rest of the states in making your state a constitutional carry state.

I always see and hear fat, low IQ , retards worry about "felons" not being allowed to own firearms. 99% of the time it's GOP'ers who puff out their 3rd chin and declare themselves to be moral superior....but fail to fucking understand the concept of the slippery slope.

That said, I think niggers shouldn't be allowed to own guns at all. The Constitution only applies to Whites.
For example, according to NICS in Colorado, an unpaid parking ticket makes you a felon and will fail the NICS check. Apparently some people had to resolve court matters like a 15$ parking ticket before they could legally buy a gun. Let that sink in, the next time someone says "felons cant own guns". Also according to Jersey law, a sling shot is considered an assault weapon
