Imagine giving a veteran a purpose after the military or gainful employment while they train for their next opportunity.

This was the one thing I wasn't so sure about. A lot of veterans are probably unemployed because they have mental health issues. I would certainly want some serious mental health screening performed before give some unemployed vet a job with a gun.
And of course the government will claim ignorance as to why the individual ended up that way.
