More seriously, there are around 5-10 mass shooting plans happening at any given moment. Some are abandoned. Some keep planning. Some get caught. And the minority of those follow through with them. Don't forget that almost all mass shootings (where 4 or more bullets were fired at more than one person) are are happening in cities multiple times a day in the US.
