Palmetto State Armory had a great deal on their 16" M4 Carbine.

I should have got one long ago, but never a time like now.

The best thing to do it buy privately at gun shows or from friends and relatives. Avoid the paperwork, keep the gun under the radar. Don't let it go into the system, or someday they will come to get it. Buy lots of ammo and store it in a safe, dry place. It will last for decades if you take care of it.
