I would think with that gigantic beavertail , it would easily prevent user from flagging or slide biting, which has been a problem with new shooters and glocks and m&ps in stressful situations- what otherwise would normally be extremely reliable to shoot.
What I mean is even reliable guns can suck if user error and stress come into equation. Failures are more often user error. And that ugly ass beavertail eliminates a hell of a lot of user error. Slide bites and thumb riding won't happen in a 1911.
