We homeschooled ours kiddos when they were wee. I had them diagraming sentences, conjugating verbs, learning foreign languages, doing "advanced" mathematics, conducting science experiments, delving into non sanitized history and naming every Capitol and country on the map at age 6 & 7. It was very parental intensive, but fun and worth the efforts. Career scheduling changed necessitating a sojourn into the halls of public school where we witnessed our bright young treasures get stupid. Seriously dumbed all the fucking way down. And the entrenched globohomo agenda was an added bonus and just a real nice surprise, Clark. When the 'Vids hit, we made the familial decision to pull out of the public education show of shit and sorrow and explored new homeschooling horizons. The amount of available legit homeschooling resources now as compared to just 7 short years ago is off the chart, as we are not the only ones in the game anymore. Hey, Free Market ideas! Whaddya know?! We've curated a program works for us and that they thrive upon. After a brief stint at let's-play-catch-up-to-speed remediation, they are excelling at a Saturn rockets pace. Competitive martial arts keep them active and are part of their curriculum. Both have started their own businesses are learning how the world outside the halls of academia work.
Homeschool your kiddos.
