New Albany is the location of all of Les Wexner's "L" Brands headquarters and has attracted other companies like Bob Evans in recent years. It went from a farming town to Fancy-Pants central. The OH16-OH161-I270 corridor has become unrecognizable from what I remember.
So in answer to your question, yes. This has started to spill out into surrounding areas and the tax rates on what's still rural Ohio is going up, driving out people who live there.
