I didn't say it wasn't complicated, I meant it couldn't be beyond an Engineer who understood the design and practice. I clearly alluded to the machine costs involved
If you could make something like this in 1884, then you can make it with the latest German CNC mill too

They would have trouble building that from scratch. The thing has an external electric motor - probably years of R&D to get it past jam factory status.
If you got the design specs and bought a few brilliant engineers who also know the platform, anything is possible with enough money.
