4chan's /lit/ (literature board), used to insert PDFs into images of books' covers. A big reason I don't go there much lately is because of lazy posters that don't post in that manner anymore.

Look up "fosscad" there's a whole big pack (multiple gigs) of this stuff and you don't have to bother resaving stuff.
