I think he gets that. Seems like he's thinking either freedom carbine kit, or pistol kit. Both setups he linked need receivers so he'd be (((legal))) however he initially assembles it.

I dont think he does. He asked if he could build a pistol with a 16" barrel. The answer is no. Needs a shorter barrel to be a pistol.
