I read a good argument recently that gun registration violates your 5th amendment rights. It's law enforcement & district attorneys' jobs to prove you violate the law, so how is mandating self-incrimination legal? Who's challenging this law?

Maybe the NRA. Certainly not the ACLU. They only concern themselves with liberal constitutional questions.
