Any thoughts on the Smith and Wesson Model 60 2 inch wheel gun? I know it is .357, but gonna use .38+P devastator rounds in it for a carry pistol.

I dunno why you'd want to carry a revolver, but if you're set on that, you may want to consider something with an enclosed hammer.
