I wonder if this was their CEO Ron Cohen's idea?
Quality went to shit at Sig Sauer right after their CEO Ron Cohen took over. I'm sure that's just a coincidence.
I only like the old pre-Cohen German made Sig's, especially the X series. Way better handguns.
Cohen eventually closed the German operations entirely, by the way. That's where all of Sig's best gunsmiths were employed.
If you are going to buy a Sig, get an old one manufactured in Germany.
If you are going to buy a new Sig, buy a CZ or 1911 instead.
Edit: yeah I've been thinking about getting a 365, and admittedly Cohen did turn Sig around from a failing company to a huge commercial success. Just wish the quality would come back.
Extensively better than the Hellcat, although that is a fairly decent pistol. I carry the 365xl daily
Why is it better than the hellcat?
Nice. I went with the X, sticking with the shorter barrel but longer grip, and am a huge fan of it. No issues whatsoever thus far.
Honestly, I have been thinking about getting one. My LCP is about as accurate as throwing a handful of wet noodles.
Where are they made now?
