The ATF ruling about 80% firearms is clear in that they are legal (I know, I know) for personal use, but illegal to manufacture and sell. You need to be a licensed firearm maker to sell guns in the People's Republic of America.

The msm rhetoric on 80% is always so hilarious. Spooky guns coming out of computers, etc. By the time they ban 80% kits everyone will just 3D print them at home. Will they come up with a different name for those?
