Like @glock20 says, Alien Gear is a good choice. Specifically the ShapeShifter (aliengearholsters.com) series.

I'm also a fan of my Reckoning holster (crossbreedholsters.com) from Cross Breed.

Cross Breed also makes the Super Tuck (crossbreedholsters.com) series, which can be customized to include a laser or light.
