Sounds fair. If you're being sued for the deaths of elementary students, you should have proof that they actually existed first.

NO AR-15 WAS USED AT SANDY HOOK. I saw police on live TV remove an AR from the trunk of Lanzas car and remember thinking " its a good thing he didnt take that in". Initial reports described a man with 2 handguns.

If the records are missing or destroyed there is no evidence.

They should also explore the records of home ownership of all families involved. I bet they wouldn't find anything though.
