Not the little .22s like the 5.56 and even the .30s are easy if you know how to shoot. They worked well for me and I started my grandson shooting some of my FA toys when he was 11 years old. Even though it was his first time on FA he handled the 7.62x39 AK with no problem. Although he liked my belt feds better than the shoulder fired guns. The only problem we had was I accidentally loaded a tracer in the belt and it set the sunflower field on fire.
