For TEOTWAWKI or zombies, pumps will be more reliable, easier to travel with, and easier to fix. With practice, shell saddles, and some dexterity- you can be really f-ing fast. If you are not searching and shooting, top off your tube.

Wanted a mossberg 590a1, settled for a ts12 at the height of the holocough. Eats low brass well despite what I read. Still want a pump though. The jewpew does send a lot of lead quickly though.

Pumps are really better than a simi auto shotgun. I agree the Mossburg 500 platform is really the best or just about any pump shotgun really. Less moving parts less to go wrong
