As stated, it does not meet the requirements of what the nfa and gca define as a machine gun. The trigger mechanism has to perform more than a single function to fire, therefore, it is not by definition a machine gun. It was known from the start by most 2a advocates that it would stir up controversy, but I believe that that was kinda the point. There are several YouTube videos that review the trigger, so you can easily determine what it is capable of.
