The ATF does not make laws. Their attempt to violate the Bill of Rights is obvious and will be sent to the SCOTUS.

As stated, it does not meet the requirements of what the nfa and gca define as a machine gun. The trigger mechanism has to perform more than a single function to fire, therefore, it is not by definition a machine gun. It was known from the start by most 2a advocates that it would stir up controversy, but I believe that that was kinda the point. There are several YouTube videos that review the trigger, so you can easily determine what it is capable of.
It's expensive because the thing was literally designed to bring a federal lawsuit. The profit goes directly to the inevitable legal challenge.
Anything that fucks with both lawless AFT and the GCA is good by me.
