Thanks, kinda what I figured. I live in a nice area, but it's isolated. There was a nigger on the run in the woods last week, they finally caught his ass. If he'd'a come thru my window, I would have thrown my cat at him. I want something with a bit more ass-pucker factor...I think that just having a shotgun pointed at you is already gonna end any escalation, unless the nigger is high as sheeeit..
I get it dude. I'm not far from a major metro city so I'm thinking about this kind of shit everyday. If you think of anything else just ask, I'll try and help or at least point you in the direction of help if I can.
Just a thought, seriously consider attaching a light to the gun. You really want to know what you're aiming at before you go and paint your walls. The streamlight TL-Racker is affordable and what I have on my 870, they make them for the Mossberg as well.
The light is a good idea, although when I have just been rudely awakened by some nigger coming thru the window, I think I will not have the presence of mind to turn it on..
What's cool about the TL fore end is that you pretty much just squeeze it. It kinda becomes natural the more time you spend with it.
Never discount a simple spear. Especially if the other guy is unarmed coming in your window.
A spear is better than nothing, but it's not great for rooms. But when a nigger hears a shotgun slide racking 'CHUH'CHINK!', he will almost certainly jump back out the window. If not, his brains will make purty patterns on the walls.
