They're the people involved in a lot of lawsuits against retarded gun laws.
- Miller v. Bonta - . This case has excellent potential to go to the SCOTUS and become the law-abiding gun owner's Roe v. Wade. It could end "assault weapons" bans across the country.
- Williams v. Garland - The FPC just filed an opening brief in an appeal of the case that challenges the federal Gun Control Act’s lifetime ban on exercise of Second Amendment rights due to a single misdemeanor conviction for a crime that did not involve violence, physical harm, or a firearm.
- Meyer v. Raoul - Federal Second Amendment constitutional challenge to Illinois' ban on the right to bear arms as to law-abiding young adults.
- Martinez v. Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva - Federal lawsuit challenging various Orders, actions, and closures of firearm and ammunition retailers and shooting ranges upon threat of prosecution, etc.
- Baughcum v. Jackson - Federal Second Amendment constitutional challenge to Georgia's ban on the right to bear arms as to law-abiding young adults.
- Jones v. Bonta - Federal Second Amendment challenge to the State of California's ban on firearms purchases by law-abiding adults over the age of 18 but under the age of 21.
- Renna v. Bonta - Federal Second and Fourteenth Amendment lawsuit challenging California’s recently-expanded Roster Handgun Ban, which requires the removal of three firearms for every one added, as well as the ban on self-manufacturing handguns not on DOJ's Roster.
- McDougall v. County of Ventura - Lawsuit challenging the County of Ventura defendants' orders and actions (1) preventing people from buying guns and ammunition, and (2) forced closures of firearm and ammunition retailers and shooting ranges.
- Syracuse v. BATFE: Gun control groups and cities sued the ATF, attempting to redefine so-called "80% receivers" as a firearm receiver. FPC moved to intervene in the matter as of right and by the Court’s permission. The trial court subsequently denied the motion, which was promptly appealed to the Second Circuit.
- Fetsurka v. Outlaw - Second and Fourteenth Amendment lawsuit challenging Philadelphia and Pennsylvania's laws and polices that infringe on the right to bear arms.
This list isn't even complete. They aren't a lot of talk like the NRA. THEY ARE SUING GUN GRABBERS EVERYWHERE.
This takes a shit-ton of money guys. We all have stimulus money. Please donate.
