Im still waiting for someone to point out "felon" and "mentally ill" in the constitution. Funny because I think in 1776 They had criminals, and crazys (Witches?) Yet DIDNT restrict them from guns.

The assault rifle ban of 1989, as I’m hearing it stated, is much more involved than just ARs. I believe there was stuff in in it that included some importations. No, wait, that would be federal, right? I’m confused. I don’t even know what “assault rifle” means anymore. I remember buying a mini 14 back when you couldn’t get an AR in Ca. Then you could get an AR with a bullet button. Then you couldn’t have a bullet button, so they went to fixing the mag and forcing the wearing out of the pin for reloads. Then they went apeshit over the pistol grip. I’m lost. I’m probably in violation somehow, for even talking about this. Arizona, here I come!
