Or 3D print this.
That looks like a nightmare to deal with......you cant move with it and be effective, the mechanics will get gunked incredibly fast, and it has wayyyyyyy to many moving parts. I will admit its probably a nice "single area of effect" gun, and is pretty "kool" in its appearance; but you could 3D print, drop forge, or C&C a much more practical gun that will serve you better, pretty quickly.
that's my professional opinion....take it for what it is...also if its legal in your country then fuck it. Do what you need to do. Side Note: ..and then you need ammo....lol.

He'd sure as fuck be effective against globohomo cops with a billyclub not prepared to deal with a boxfed 100 round firearm, or a somali knifer. Plus that's all relative. As effective as an AR? no. But "effective" also just comes down to training. Do you go to a NASCAR race and bitch about it not being as "effective" as Formula 1?

He repurposed a Ruger action/barrel, so the only valid bitching about this is that much of it could probably be 3D printed (I agree, certainly a FCG-9 or AP-9 with an ECM'd barrel is doable and easier in Bongistan, but it wouldn't be legal and this guy probably already had the setup to easily do it how he did it), and the downsides of retrofitting an action to be a bullpup. Which is really a "Yeah... no duh".
if your worried about a globohomo cop then make a zip gun. You wouldn't have the gun in the video at the ready in Britain when some random pig walks up to you....same thing with a nigger knifer. We can go back and forth all day. The result will be the same. The gun is built in such a way that it removes its use from certain scenarios because its impractical. Its amazing for certain things...like holding down a hallway, or a small area of effect....my argument isn't about its ability to be made. It's about its ability to be practically used in a realistic situation and how effective it would be....

like having a close-to-semi auto function, high capacity magazine, while still operating within legal parameters of a draconian state?

Again, compared to other guns, with more unrestricted design parameters. You are boxing self-made shadows.
You are attempting to sound smart by stating the obvious, or acting like this gun/design/video misled you somehow...
But I guess I cede to the low-hanging points you want to score in an internet debate.
