About three years ago a major college in Texas (sorry i forgot the name) passed this and the students are allowed to carry. Ironically after the screams of 'mass shootings will happen' there was never another word about it. Why? Because the students have shot No One, and the terrorists will Not go to a school where the students can shoot back.
