Cant overload to cause that result. Can underload though to cause it.
Underloaded bullets cause MORE explosive events like shown ,than overloaded. Putting in as much gunpowder as you want wont increase the explosive force so much that the bullet wont properly exit the jacket and enter barrel

the failure was the back cap threads shearing off, too much pressure too fast, the barrel didnt expand
a lighter gun the barrel probaby could not hold the pressure, 50 cal one would think would this enough to hold the pressure and the bullet would push through
I almost wonder... if it was a single shot like that but you typical bolt setup the pressure could of escaped avoiding this, but probably would blown the bolt back .. idk. the guy is lucky to be alive
You should watch the whole video in the OP he had no barrel obstructions and serbu himself said it would take 80k psi to shear the threading off the breach cap and fire it backward.
