EO's have zero effect on everyone except the executive branch of government.
Yeah, but the ATF is executive branch and they feel that they have the ability to redefine what is and is not a firearm. So they don't need to legislate 3D printing or 80% lowers directly. They'll just try to extend their control over serialized items and completed firearms to kits and homemade items. It shouldn't be possible, but with the classification of a bare AR lower as a "firearm" they'll feel there's no trouble making the leap.
All that said, anyone planning on complying with whatever fuckery they come up with is a fag.

Additionally, your rephrasing of my statement doesn't change it is factually accurate. Nor did I say EOs in general could not impact us. Which pretty well destroys the entirety of your comment.
