No problem. Just remember, you'll need an FFL middle man to order online. They probably charge like $20 for their service and time, so factor that in.

Shotguns and rifles are legal here if over 18, not a convict, less than 10 rounds, etc.

"assault" rifles and handguns are not.

  2. you have to pick it up from a local gun store (FFL), which is where your background check will be done. It'll cost maybe $25
  3. gun store will call you when it arrives or you can call them or you might get a tracking number from the seller on gunbroker.com
  4. shells are gonna be another $50 so budget for that

Bass Pro Shops is good - if you're okay with pump-action a Mossberg Maverick is pretty affordable
